Shipping Policy

All "ready to ship" orders will ship 1-3 business days (unless otherwise stated in the product title). If your order contains any "pre-order" items; your entire order will not ship until the stated "pre-order" date in the product title. 

Three Skidz Co is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. It is highly recommended that you purchase the optional Guide Shipping Protection with each order. Guide Shipping Protection provides package protection from Lost/Damaged/Stolen packages.

If your order is returned back to Three Skidz Co due to address issues; we will not be responsible for the additional shipping charges. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping fees if they would like the order to be re-shipped. Orders returned back to Three Skidz Co due to an incorrect or insufficient address will be refunded. Refunds for an incorrect or insufficient address will exclude the shipping charge and the optional Guide Shipping Protection, if purchased. Please triple check that the address you provided at checkout is correct. This will avoid delivery issues. 

If Guide Shipping Protection was purchased during the checkout process and you need to submit a claim for the Lost/Damaged/Stolen package; please contact Guide Shipping Protection directly at https://www.guideprotection.com.
